Volvo leasing works by providing you with the opportunity to drive a Volvo electric car for a set period, either 24, 36 or 48 months, in exchange for low fixed monthly lease payments. First, you choose the Volvo model and trim level you wish to lease, then determine the lease term and mileage allowance that best suits your requirements. After this, you can calculate your monthly lease payments based on the agreed-upon lease term, mileage, and the vehicle's price. After you’ve signed the Volvo lease deal, we’ll arrange a delivery date and ship the car to your door. All that’s left at this stage is to enjoy driving your new Volvo!
As the lease term approaches its end, you will have various options:
Return the Vehicle: Return the leased Volvo to us, and we’ll ensure it meets any agreed-upon wear and tear guidelines and mileage limits.

If you're outside the first or last six months of your Volvo leasing contract, you are able to make changes to your contracted mileage during the course of your lease agreement.
To start this process, you can either speak to your leasing consultant or drop us an email at sales@gridserve.com with your vehicle registration, the current mileage and the mileage you'd like to change it to and our experienced customer services team will be able to help.
If your Volvo electric car is a company car, you'll only pay 2% Benefit in Kind (BiK) tax at the current rates, which are subject to change over time. You also won't pay any road tax and will be able to drive in Ultra Low Emission Zones (ULEZ), such as the one in London, for free. Plus, you could be eligible for grants and incentives that come with switching to an EV.
